Umeshu. Japan’s classic plum liqueur. Sweet, tart, faintly funky, served chilled at the end of a meal.

The umeshu plum is the star: tart, almost cured, with that distinct ume funk that separates it from any plum vape you’ve had before. Brown sugar warms the back end. Green apple keeps it crisp instead of cloying.
